Second scanner: NVIDIA SkillSpector
Independent static run, no language model, over the same files as the Cisco scan above. How the two scanners compare across the whole corpus: Two scanners, one corpus.
What this skill does
Stores and retrieves genomic variant calls with TileDB-VCF. Use for indexed single-sample VCF/BCF ingestion, incremental cohorts, region and sample queries, streaming results, allele statistics, QC, and VCF/BCF export locally or through TileDB Cloud.
- Package
- 2 files, 20 KB
- SKILL.md
- 1527 words, 12+ sections
- Code
- None. Instructions only.
- License
- MIT license
- Compatibility
- Requires a native TileDB-VCF installation and Python 3.9-3.12 for the reviewed Conda builds. bcftools compresses/indexes input fixtures. Installation and remote storage need network access; TileDB Cloud needs its Python client, account token, and storage permissions.
SKILL.md covers: TileDB-VCF · When to use · Install and verify the native stack · Prepare and create a cohort · Incremental ingestion uses the existing dataset; do not call create_dataset again. · Query completely and interpret coordinates correctly · Export and validate · Cohort statistics and QC · Object storage and TileDB Cloud · Illustrative: requires an accessible registered cohort and a billing namespace. · Illustrative, mutating cloud job: use only for an authorized ingestion task. · Official references

What we checked
- Static analyzer. Pattern rules over SKILL.md and bundled files: known-bad commands, exfiltration URLs, secrets, obfuscation.
- Bytecode analyzer.
- Pipeline analyzer.
- Correlation analyzer.
- Behavioral analyzer. Checks what the skill asks the agent to do against what its description claims it does.
- Trigger analyzer. Looks for instructions that fire on conditions the user did not ask for.
What we did not check
- Runtime behaviour. The skill was not executed; findings come from reading its files.
- Anything fetched at install or run time, including remote scripts, package dependencies, and URLs the skill tells the agent to open.
- Content the analyzers cannot read: images, binaries, and some non-English text.
- Known scanner bypass classes. See the methodology and limitations page.
